Nisheni was established in Covid-year 2020, as a team of passionate people who was helping businesses pivot. We then graduated into what we know how to do best - connect investors, especially in the real estate sector. With combined experiences of over 2 decades in business and real estate, our visionary team is beaming and booming with innovation and strategy, to continue to deliver value to our clients.

Investments

We offer advisory and facilitation of investments majorly in the manufacturing, sales, and property technology innovation sectors of the real estate market in Nigeria. We are also excited to be working on plans to expand business globally. The world has become a global village, and we aim to be at the center of cogent networks.

So far, we have overseen investments of up to 100% Year on Year growth in this space.

Agency

At Nisheni, we bridge the gap between buyers and sellers as Agents, in the various asset classes- land banking by purchase, pre-construction stage, and sales of commercial and residential properties.

Client Management

The Real Estate industry is both a capital intensive, and delicate industry in Nigeria- and the world in general. We therefore offer representation, and management of portfolios, to verified high net worth international clients.
